I'm sorry, Scarred...lol. Yeah, yeah I've crossed the bridge on this one to the bad side of town. Holy shit, the world is coming to an end. Toonami might turned Naruto into little kid's stuff but Naruto is far from being an extraordinary anime. It might have some substance but it is only about 3 inches deep. For depth, there is always Paranoia Agent, for substance, FMA is clearly a better choice. And comparing Naruto to Inuyasha is like comparing an eight grade essay to a first grade essay. Clearly the eight grade essay is far better but when you compare it to a college essay it sucks ass. Agreed, Naruto isn't extraordinary. We're on even footing there. I never claimed to have the best taste in the world...lol. I like a lot of shows that aren't necessarily crowd favorites. But to sit down and watch it like I watched Wolf's Rain or FMA, it's far from crap. I merely like it because I like it, and while its depth isn't enough to drag me under and hold me until the bubbles stop, it's not predictable in the least and that's enough for me. My comparison to Inuyasha wasn't so much meant to be direct (indeed, the first-grade/fourth-grade analogy is pretty accurate of the way I feel about the two), it was more through a meager amount of disappointment that Naruto swims amongst shows like Yu-Gi-Oh GX, One Piece, Teen Titans and Code Lyoko (which I like, but again, my taste is nowhere near exceptional and I won't even dare say it's a good show yet I still watch), yet Inuyasha still somehow manages to hang on to its Adult Swim time slot. It makes me wonder why it is the first grade essay can stay up late and play with the big boys like Cowboy Bebop, Kakurembo and Paranoia Agent, but Naruto is stuck at the kid's table at family dinners.

I know! What the fo shizzle Anyways, thank you for agreeing with greatness Crickie Hey, if any of you like AMVs (Anime Music Videos), you should check out www.myspace.com/UnrivaledInstigator which is my website, I have 3 on there right now, maybe more later but I really suggest the first and third one, they are really cool, and yes, both are Naruto, even if you don't like it, it's put together really well. Wow a lot of commas... And also, from a part of my blog I wrote [it's for everyone who likes really good fanfiction]: But the third one, is one I currently started reading a few days ago, it's about Naruto, and it's very, very good. Really well written, really informative, it follows the magna pretty well, and it just draws you right into the story. You can go here www.fanfiction.net/s/2456403/1/ althought I dunno if that link will work or not. So I suggest if that doesn't work to go here www.fanfiction.net/u/9605/ which is the author of the story "Training for the Job" so you can just access the link of the story from there. But it's just an awesome story to read.. if your interested in Naruto, or if you just like reading in general, though it'd help if you actually knew what they were talking about. I suggest you check it out, I'm sure you'd like an excerpt though as well, right? One day, after his teacher -- the one he had before Iruka-sensei -- physically threw him out of the building (from the second floor) because he'd raised his hand to say that the person next to him had stolen his textbook, he ran off crying. His 'don't give up' mantra was still coursing threw his head -- Ino could hear it, repeating itself time and time again -- but that didn't stop him from the need for emotional release. He found himself in a park -- on a beautiful day, Ino noted -- and was stopped. An elderly man in a funny hat had grabbed him. An elderly man he'd seen before only in the stone faces on the monuments around town. He didn't know anything about the man, though it was obvious to Ino who it was, but the man had asked him why he was crying and tried to comfort him. For one, shining moment, Naruto thought that maybe he'd found someone who cared about him. "Why?" He had asked, crying. "Why do you care about me? Everyone else hates me! I'm supposed to be hated, aren't I?" Ino felt heartbroken at that cry, but the old man had just sighed. --------------------------------------------------------------- "Naruto was orphaned as a baby, after a violent massacre throughout the village," Ino explained. "Naruto, even as an infant, was involved in ending that massacre -- they needed an infant born that day for something I am forbidden from discussing with you. His sacrifice made him just about as 'risky' of a danger as, say, someone with a history of insanity running in the bloodline. So, he wasn't sent to any sort of foster home, he was shunned by just about every adult most of his life, and there were some people..." Sakura waited patiently for Ino to continue, before noticing that she had completely brokent down. "Ino?" "There were some people, like my parents, who threw stones at him to keep him away from their own children," Ino finished angrilly. "His first day in the ninja academy, his textbook was stolen by a classmate and when Naruto tried to let the teacher know, said teacher threw him out of a second story window for daring to say anything! None of his teachers actually taught him anything, except for Iruka-sensei... and by then Naruto was so jaded he couldn't trust him. Did you know that the only way he could learn his ninja techniques and practice them was to become a prankster? We all thought he was a wierd little screw-up too stupid to do anything other than play practical jokes, but in truth he was just being screwed over and could only learn things by playing practical jokes!" "I... how awful!" Sakura said. "Why didn't someone do something?" "Because no-one cared!" Ino replied. "No-one! After all, Naruto was nothing more than a 'monster,' so of course he deserved it all. Well, I take that back -- the Third seemed to like him. And apparently, so did your mother. After all, he was protecting you even before you knew him."

LOL. *sigh* we've been over this sean. Naruto, DBZ, Inuyasha... all that mindless fanboy fodder action bullshit just isn't my type. It's for fanboys like you =D I have to agree with you to an extent... I think that the cartoon series is very dull and mind numbingly boring. Even though I say that, the comic is very well fit and very interesting. I read the comic before ever seeing the show and I enjoyed it. But when I finally did see the show, Narutos' voice just made me scream. It sounds more like my little sister when she is on her period more than a girl.... -Sigh-
Second.... no need to be sarcastic... it doesn't get you any where, trust me. I've been with these forums and my sarcastic attitude is what helped destroy the RP Forum...

Me? Where did i employ sarcasm?
I'm pretty sure, even if i had [as you may point out to me] it isn't very harmful, and i doubt it will destroy any portion of the forums.

The naruto manga and anime is atrocious in english. I would advise not to read or watch either, in english. It's tragic because it is a very good series, but like most animes it got butchered when it came over here to the states.
You're much better off dl the Japanese versions.

And JFYI on Roseanne, DJ asked why did the dinosaurs become extinct, and Darlene said "Because you touch yourself at night." Just to let you know, if your going to quote it, quote it from Roseanne, because Family Guy stold it, those f**kers
