I actually got my very first manga comic the other day and I thought it was great. The whole reading backwards thing was a little odd, but once you get the hang of it, its really good. Any of you people (at least I hope you are people jkjk) have any you would like to reccomend or talk about??

I get distracted easily when reading mangas, so I prefer the anime version of a manga. I like to look at the pretty pictures tho. ^^ Some mangas I have read are: Demon Diary SGT Frog (or whatever that's called) .hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet Cowboy Bebop Inuyasha
and I think that's it....Demon Diary's good ^^

My current favorites are Pretty Face by (?) and Burai by Iwazaki Yoko, although I do read american releases too. I have about 20 volumes of American release mana, and about 2 volumes worth of non American release stuff, as well as every issue of the American Shonen jump. As for Shounen Sunday I...bootleg it!

Cool, I think I will have to go and check out some of those. I have only read Rurouni Kenshin and I liked it a lot. But I checked out my brother's Trigun, but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. You couldn't tell what half of the pictures were and half of it was just pictures.

Let's see... manga. I tend to read manga that hasn't been licensed because I just buy the original Japanese version [or occasionally the Chinese ones]. Naruto Fullmetal Alchemist DNAngel Shinsengumi Imon Peacemaker Peace Maker Kurogane Saiyuki RELOAD I would write more, but I'm supposed to be working. ^O^;;

lol. I think I actually like the left to right better than the right to left for mangas. It just makes it more interesting.

Sometimes its kind of funny to see what they have to say about some of the stuff you do. Like sometimes I'll be watching Kenshin, and my dad will come into my room, and I'll tell him to shut up (I don't reccomend people with strict parents to try that) because my show is on, and he just rolls his eyes. I actually saw an Inuyasha manga that was flipped so you could read it left to right. That just sort of takes the pizzazz out of reading a manga

The most fun about my da was when I first started to get into anime and would watch DBZ (embarassing, I know, but it was what was on). My dad would come in and say "How can you watch that crap" and then sit down to watch it too. ;D

That sounds like something I would do. lol. When I first got cable, I saw DBZ and I thought it was really stupid (I didn't even know what anime was back then). I started watching it during the android saga, where Vegeta turned into a super saiyan, and was fighting Android 18 on a highway. But I started watching it more and more and it became my fav show. I absolutely fell in love with Trunks and actually claimed him as my boyfriend in the 6th grade. But I am not like that anymore. I don't think I have ever seen a DBZ manga book before. There has got to be a ton of them considering how many eps there are
