Envy is male. Flaming-ass male. And my speculation of Wrath's sudden change of personality could be attributed to his remembering who and what he was when Envy told him, and the fact that he does have to live up to the name 'Wrath'. And you can't carry that name and be a big puss. He wants the rest of Ed for himself and is pissed because he wants to be human instead of some soulless, inanimate shell.

I think didn't they talk about it in episodes prior that they needed those stones to actually survive? Or something like that, cmon Scarred you can spoil us damnit, just put a little tag up **SPOILER TAG - MINOR SPOILER** AGAIN, THIS IS A MINOR SPOILER DONT BLAME MEE...... The Red stones do 2 things to the homonculus when consumed : - Preserve their immortality. When they eat them, they can't die. Every time they are killed, some of the stones are depleted. In this sense the homonculus can die if you kill them hundreds of times over and over again. - Shape their appearance. Ever wonder how sloth went from looking like a dead demon on the floor with creepy skin and eyes to a sexy secretary? The red stones give the homonculus a human appearance. There ya go Sean. EDIT: Sadly crickie, Wrath is hardly seen in the show later on, only in a few episodes.

Aw...well, here's hoping he'll be friggin' awesome in the future, as much or as little as we see him. You know what I don't get? The red circles and lines on the Homonculus. Wrath has them on his back and on his thighs going up his shirt. Gluttony also has them on his shoulders. Envy's are on his back, extending out to his arms. What in the hell are those? Or is that never explained? Feel free to PM me if it's spoilerish:)

Lol actually, as far as i know, they are never explained. That's a real let down about the 2nd season of FMA. Regarding the 7 sins, theres so many questions and close to no answers are given. And not like Wolf's Rain where you can infer what happened by some guesses and clues, or get a general idea. Sometimes it's just ambiguous and gives you nearly no information. But perhaps that's just the sub, and maybe the dub script-writers will clarify things. =/

Well, rumors are that the homonculi are better portrayed in the manga than in the anime. However, last night's episode showed that the particular tattoo was a snake eating itself, and that has come up quite often. As to what that means, absolutely no idea.

It's the tatoo of Orobous, explained in the manga. And you're right armand, from people i've heard the manga develops the homonculus better, but a lot of them are completely different characters. (Pride, Wrath, and Sloth in the manga are completely different characters than their anime counterparts.)

Your very much correct in the Manga it has as much devotion to the Homonculus as it does to ed and al's stories. So in the manga your time is split half and half while in the anime its more like you may get to see them for like one or two minutes. But I like it just adds to the tension and eventually in the later episodes it does balance out. As you will see But I really like that bullet spitting act by
