Hmmm, Texas. I kind of live in Illinois so I don't think that's gonna work. I'm sorry, DJ Toboe.

Heehee, yeah that would be hard. lol, once I get my hair grown out and the outfit, I'm going to have to take pics of myself DJing in that outfit... would be awesome :-) Hmmm, Texas. I kind of live in Illinois so I don't think that's gonna work. I'm sorry, DJ Toboe.

Hey, that would be cool. I want to see that. I'm going to have to grow my hair out when I cosplay Toboe as well. Ah, the things we do for anime. Lol.

Actually I might like myself with long hair =)
I've had the same short parted "young gentleman's" haircut for god... 15 years now.

Lol. Oh really? I find that lots of guys look good with long hair if they wear it right. You just might be surprised.

We just don't have many people in the Austin area do we? I guess I won't be able to meet many people from the forums at Ushicon, oh well.
I talked to my mom and she said she'd help me make the jacket/shirt thing. I just wonder what material to make it out of. The pants I should be able to buy though =) I'll go by an army surplus store for the combat boots. It's interesting that Toboe wears them... it doesn't seem to fit his character. Being in the city, I'd imagine him be in sneakers, like how he is in his concept picture.

I might go, but that all depends on my schedule this year. It turns out that I can't go to Ushicon. I was planning to go when I wasn't sure if I could go to A-kon, but I'm now sure that I can go to A-kon so I'll only be going to one to save money. ^^;;

But this one is so cheap! Only $30 =) I have to agree that the membership fee is cheap, but I have to consider hotel rates and transportation to Ushicon. I don't live around there. Also, I'll have to factor in spending money. ^^;; Then again, I don't live anywhere near A-kon either, but for me it's one or the other. :P#nosmileys#nosmileys

Well you can stay with me LOL, I'm just kidding. But yeah, that's a good point. I live close so that isn't an issue. It's just that I wanted to have a little group of forum people go so we can all hang out together. Have our own little "pack." But yeah, I see your point... $30 is nothing when you compare it to travel and hotel fees. I'd actually seriously put you up with a room, but I live with my parents now... ugh... too old for this. lol, I need to get a job someday or move. It would've been nice to meet you though! Talk to you later =)

Ushicon is out of the question for me. My shedule for January is completely full up. *sniffle* But I am DEFINETLY going to A-Kon. I live in Fort Worth, so it'll be about an hour away. Joy.
