Well the explanation of that is found on the episode where Togusa goes under cover. If you haven't seen that episode then is going to be difficult to explain but i'll try. That guy with Hige's voice is a child being treated in a facility for closed shell syndrome(something along those lines). The Laughing Man used to be in that facility and was a friend of that child. omg really?! see i always thought that the dub was just lazy, used a childish voice for an adult person, and then used the same voice again in 2 episodes. okay that makes sense to me, since i did see episode 11, the one where Togusa goes undercover. that explains that, but what about her being dumped somewhere with that odd library? (did anyone else notice when togusa was talking to that kid in that room that said he didnt trust adults, and the kid in the hallway with hgie's voice, that Hige, Toboe, and Tsume were all talking together, in a totally different show? i thot that was cool.)

Being dumped in that library? Yes, the Major was dumped into that library probably by Noi. That library contains some information, i don't know what that might be.

Tonights Episode - Annihalation
I don't even know if I want to watch the rest of the series. Seriously, after tonight Im afraid of how it may end up, and now that section 9 is disbanded Im guessing people will start dieing, and I've lost nearly all respect for the chief. I understand that he was in a tight spot and that he still tried to help them, but in the end I saw it as a betrayal. Seriously, I got pissed off tonight and I feared something like this was going to happen as soon as I saw that this episodes name was annihalation.

anyway, you'll be at the edge of your seat for this whole block of AS. Im eagerly waiting for Cowboy Bebop to come on, the one reason Im still up to come on. I decided to tape all of CBs episodes before AS takes it off too, though I prolly wont get them all.

*laughs evilly* get netflix!! Its like $18 per month, and u get like 3 dvds every 2 days, and u can keep them for however long u want, its easy, AND... they have every single show (anime too) and movie ever... the largest selection in the world. i dont have to tape anything!! (except things that dont have DVD releases yet) i heard that this nights episode of FMA is pretty exciting.

how do you go about getting netflix? and what is it exactly? online renting, or can you keep what they send you? Sounds like the perfect way to find some Outlaw Star dvds.
AS tonight was sweet. But one quick question, does AS still show new episodes of Inuyasha? I flipped it when it came on, since it seems like they have been repeating the same three episodes for awhile.

But one quick question, does AS still show new episodes of Inuyasha? okay this is how netflix is: you can buy a subscription online. online, in their store, you can chose all of the DVDS you want, and put them on your qeue. you chose the order of them, and can have up to hundreds of DVDS on your qeue. now, you have 3 at home at a time. Say they send you three, you open the envelope, watch one, put it back in, and send it. The next day (every now and then, 2 days) they will send you the next thing on your qeue to replace it. You can keep all 3 of them for weeks or even longer, but then that defeats the purpose. I just got GITS volume 3 today (episodes 9-12) and will probably watch selected scenes again tomorrow to better analyze things, then return it. Since my sister got this for my dad, for every 2 dvds he orders, i get 1... so i dont get 3 at a time, but if u were to order it, u would. sorry for explaining so much, but netflix SAVED my sorry non-anime watching ass. ;D its a REALLY good deal too.

Im thinking about getting a part-time job during the summer. If I do, I must get this. Does it require credit cards, or could I set it up so they decuct 19 dollars from every paycheck?

I'll check it out, but I don't want a summer job, but I dunno if I could talk one of my parents into coughing it up monthly. I can hear them now, " get a job".
