"Paradise" A long, mournful wailing sound Paws thunder, hearts pound Fleeing over snow and ice Searching for their Paradise. 200 years extinct, they're thought But now it is apparent, they're not Among us they live, among us they thrive Wearing a clever human disguise. But under the cover of darkness they search In the sky and on the Earth For someone whom can lead them to Their promised land, born anew. They do not care how long it will take Where they go or how they make Their living, because now must suffice Until, at last, they find their Paradise. --ookami de kokoro ...so, you like it? i wrote it for english class, so it might not be my best. but i think it captures the mood of the series well, don't you?

Sounds...like a summary of the series set to rhyme. ;D
Don't know. Got a rather 'blah' feeling, but yes. Does cover the series quite nicely.

I certainly enjoyed it I thought your choice of words worked really well, and I would probably of thought this came straight from the series itself had you not said it was yours!

One review deserves another. Very nice *nods* very nice indeed. I like , and I'm not to big on poetry either.

thank you! i'm not into poetry either, so it's not like i ever try to write them in my spare time or anything (like a few of my friends do). i probably wouldn't have written this had my english teacher not forced the assignment on my class.

*sighs* I know what you mean, English IV is nothing but Literature (i.e. poetry). My teacher is making us do a mini-research paper (4 pages on any subject, I written more so I guess shouldn't complain), since we're allowed to choose our own topic I chose wolves. ;D

oh wow, you got to choose your own topic? you're so lucky... XD
the last time i had to write a research paper i was assigned the topic, which ended up being football, something i know practically nothing about.

The recollection episodes had more substance! XD I'm just kidding girl. I thought it was really good. I just know one other person who writes better poems, lol, and that certainly isn't me ;D Needed more Toboe action though...
