I decided to revise the idea for the "What happened on your weekend thread" and this is the result.
As the title suggests in this thread you talk about what happened to you today, any conversations, events, epiphanies et cetera that might be interesting. Do tell.

Well....ah, let's see. I went and took pictures of an event today for the newspaper. Fun little shindig with hot dogs and snowcones. Lost my sandals and was therefore late for a banquet for said newspaper and had to sit with some people I really didn't feel like sitting with. Laughed at some corny inside jokes because I didn't want to feel awkward and loserish, and ended up feeling as much because then, my editor in chief decided he wanted to start crying because he didn't have a speech prepared for his best friend, the managing editor and so he felt inadequate and didn't have the words to describe how much he meant to him (sentimentalsniffle!blechpuke). Talk about awkward all over again. So I left early and am now chilling in pajamas with a cup of root beer.

this has got to be one of the weirdest and stressful days of my life (my life is never as annoying as today): *despite the fact that i studied my buttox off for geometry, the test was really difficult and i believe i did quite badly. *In PE we did next year registration, and i didnt really finish my forms, and they were due. *in coordinated science we were turning in a physics worksheet, and i realized i left my geo/sci binder in my geometry class, so i didnt get credit for the time i spent on my worksheet last night. on top of that, the second the bell rang i ran out, leaving my lab work we did all period that day, so i wont be getting credit for that either... * i realized one of my friends was being annoying to me, i asked what was up, and 2/3 of my closest friends said that our personalities dont match, they are too incongruous, and that we shouldn't be friends anymore. We'll still be casual and well talk, but we wont hang out at eachother's houses or do anything together anymore. I'll probably join more clubs and spend my lunchtime int hose instead, since i lost my friends..

That's good to know.
I remember my first dance, 'twas in October, Homecoming. That dance showed me the true character of those around me and the days following it forged my character into steel.
