yeah, me too. that's just the thing, if they become too serious in their project this early on they will become frustrated in their inability to make it. if they are really serious, they should just work on this idea a bit here and there, and wait until they leave highschool and become more intelligent in this field. like stated before, they would need actors, director knowledge, camera knowledge.... etc, and u brought up an interesting fact, of how they would use animals. real animals or cg? if real, how will they go about training them? many questions to be answered. on a funnier note... i realized that my post above has the world "their" misspelled everytime i say it.... lol, it's really late/early here so im alittle out of it. I personally think that CGs would be less of a headache to use, but at the same time I think it would take away some of the spirituality of the film by using CGs and not real wolves. I didn’t even notice you misspelled “their,” but I’m sure I’m not doing too well on my grammar either, so don’t worry about it.

I think most any "Wolf's Rain Movie" that a teenager fan could come up with, with their resources, wouldn't be that great... at all. I think making a small internet movie that's a comedy with cosplayers would probably come out better. It'd be a hell of a lot easier, realistic (as in the idea of making such a thing), and maybe funny too. But a full-fledged movie Not happening. I've had courses at Austin Public Community Television (or something like that) in camera work, filming, script writing, and post-production. And I sure as hell know I couldn't create such a huge thing. How many people do you have Whiskers? 2? And rakuengirl? you? 1? ;D

Well, you could make some kind of low budget film that's shwon at the sundance film festival and blows everyones mind and turns out great and the critics go "Yay wolfies!', but thats not gonna happen either. Usually low budget film-makers can't afford an animal trainer or can't do it themselves. And you prolly couldn't do anything increibly "cg-ified".

In answer to most people who posted on page 5.... I think that the reason why Native Americans think it's a good "omen" is because they are really close to nature, however, when White man came they thought it was bad because the wolves tend to eat livestock. Maybe that's the case, maybe not.... Oh, my goodness...You're defending me, too, Golden Fire?! I don't mean to sound like a wimp, but thank you. In words it's nothing, in physical it might be something more. I know how to hurt...as I said, don't mess with me. My friend and I are just doing it with two actors and crew members. Although my brothers, Dad and maybe even my Mom will be in it. In front or behind the camera. We're doing it because we just want to have some fun together, not to mention to see how it would turn out if I ever did do it professionally when I become an actress/director. It's just for fun. So don't everybody get their panties in a bunch. Mine have gotten in a bunch before and it's not comfortable... As for the animals...well, we might use real ones...since neither of us are knowledgable (sp??) of CGI...we'll just spend a lot of time with them and "train" them that way... my friend was saying that at the park near her house there's horseback riding trails and people come back there all the time to ride. She said if we saw one that looked like Iyeku's horse we could ask if it could be in a little student film...silly, you say? Well, don't say anything, most of you have said too much. It was just a suggestion. An idea that probably might not work. I'm brought up. I try not to let myself come back down. Especially since I have about 5-6 PAGES OF INSULTS AND DISCOURAGEMENT!!!!

Misc. Nobody, Fallen Noble, thank you, thank you, thank you. I've never felt so ashamed of being twelve in my whole life (or rather, whole year of being twelve). Not because of you, but the others. This is my thread and everybody is going off subject. It's supposed to be for a dream that I had, not age quarrels. As for the gay dude on here, you and the others, God damn I wish I could "ban" you from this thread. I don't want it locked however!!! Please don't lock it, mods. Burn and die indeed. tsuhph. My life is a living hell as it is and it's getting worse just because I'm liking what I like, say what I like, when I like. I don't follow the crowd. Which must be why I'm getting worse. I keep crying more and more everyday. Sorry, that's a personal thing that I shouldn't have brought up. And I'm not going to edit my post later trying to take it off. It's alright...there are those on here that don't carry on like that. Your age matters not to me, and I must state you are the most mature 12 year old I've ever talked to. Don't be ashamed of your age just because of some immature people (who might I add are all older than you) just be yourself. It's the best thing you could ever do for yourself. I apologize on behalf of all of those crude posts toward you, even if I'm not the one that made them.

Especially since I have about 5-6 PAGES OF INSULTS AND DISCOURAGEMENT!!!! well, i don't want to crush your dreams. i even stated before that i supported it, only i hope you see the reality of this project of yours. it's not a cut and clean deal, alot goes hand in hand with this and since you seemed serious with developing it, you should be serious about hearing the cons and pros of it. and i feel were your coming from, i had a artthread full of insults and crap. as for misc, you shouldn't leave your singling out to be so open, it includes nearly everyone, and you all should understand that no one is dissing your age. just face the fact that at the moment resources needed for a project like this our out of your reach. they are out of mine, misc's, nearly everyone on the forums more than likely. anyway, i didn't know ppl were insulting you rakuen, i see no reason why they should.

Thank you Devinfire, and yes I know by not naming names, leaves it wide open for everyone to think I'm pointing fingers, but I'm talking about the ones that directly pinpointed her and cut her down. There were only a handful in this thread that did that. Comments are accepted, yes, but insulting someone is something else. These are the ones I am referring to.

yeah, i understand, but it's just alot of ppl would think you meant them and vice versa. anyway, back to the original question of this topic, i do believe that dreams often are meant to be a map, or at least that's how i feel. but whether your dream meant your movie would be succesful, i cannot comment on becaue i simply do not know enough about dreams, what they mean and etc. as for the comments oh what it would take to create this movie, they shouldn't be taken as insults... because they are only pointing out the obstacles you would have to overcome... unless you intend to just make this a little fanmovie that you may distribute over the net abit... i cannot see bandai working up a sweet over something like that, but if you seriously intend on producing a wolf's rain movie, there's alot that is needed to be done.

truly enough, it would not have taken that much more typing to refer to him by name. I'm not sure if I was one of the ones being referred to by either party....probably so. Not sure, so I won't address either comment and run the risk of looking monumentally idiotic.

Hmmm...I never had a dream such as that or any dream where a was any kind of animal. The only dream I have that comes along every now and then is where there are zombies and I go around shooting them and stuff, then I go and have a make out session with Lindsay Lohan for some reason

A black wolf? blue15372 you must be Blue! or.... a female Darcia... Glad I'm not alone there...I actually haven't had a dream since the one where I saw that brown/red one...I now day dream (I do a crap load of that) that I'm the Phantom's new "Christine". As in, the new lady he falls for. Or rather, vice versa... I was refering to DJ Toboe. Thanks again guys...it's finally getting to the subject I wanted it to be. It's going to be a family film that's going EXACTLY by the story line. It's not like a fan fic gone film. I'm actually going to say, "I'm pissin' a freakin' river here..." and other stuff. Running through the trees in black sneakers, blah, blah, blah...you know the story.
