The fact that the quote is from the simpsons would remove all of its integrity in a normal arguement. If u don't like the simpsons of course.

Sex is awesome, and it would be even better if it was in anime. Would make Inuyasha a so much better show.

It's like people who swear by ketchup, and won't enjoy any food they taste unless there's ketchup on it. Sex is his ketchup....as sad as that is.

Yeah sex for the most part is awesome.I certainly don't mind sex in anime whatsoever, but I don't think it would necessarily adds a more "human" feel to a show.I mean it can in some ways but, I think it's emotion, not sex that makes things human.

Exactly. Much can be accomplished story-wise WITHOUT the need for sex.

Well for his example of Inuyasha, that would be a good series to have sex in because the characters care so much for another. It gets really boring, just seeing them do the same bloody thing over and over again.

Do you really want to see Inuyasha and Kagome getting it on?
I find that more vomit worthy than arousing.

It's against my nature to lie, so, yes it is arousing.

I think a good example of a show that pulled it off well was Evangelion. One of the characters had a backround story involving sexual relations. They displayed it tactfully, by showing someone getting out of bed half dressed, then leaving the apartment before she wakes up. You don't need to do a 5 minute "zion rave sex" scene to get the point across. (Yes, I'm in the mood to pick on matrix reloaded today. what a heap of trash it was) Yeah, good example of one of the most untasteful sex scenes I've seen in a movie that I expected to be decent. Not to mention that seeing Carrie-Anne Moss having a "Big-O" was unnerving at best....sorry if that was too graphic.
